Research Support

The School has a long history of producing highly effective practitioners and leaders. Faculty must continue to enhance learning and development of student abilities in an efficient, sustainable, and quality-driven manner.

Susan has great pride in Pacific’s pharmacy students and is delighted to work with alumni and donors to create scholarships, network, fund research, and support important programming at the School. Her two sons, Matt and Chris, are current Pacific students—thanks in part to Susan’s stories of faculty and alumni success stories at the dinner table.

Technology, economics and demographics are expected to have a dramatic impact on higher education. The faculty’s experience, dedication, collaboration and innovation must be used to maximize our strengths, to meet the challenges of the accelerated programs, to prepare students for inter-professional collaborative health care, to strengthen the quality and delivery of clinical practice experiences, to adapt to student abilities and learning styles, and to fully utilize new technologies.

We are proud to be part of the rich tradition of research funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The School seeks $2M to establish program endowments to provide new and/or upgraded research equipment, bridge funding to support faculty between grants, help to offset student travel expenses associated with research presentations and enhance basic science and clinical research.
